Maintenance et repairs
Nexteam now has some fifteen years of experience in maintenance and repair of structural components intended for airline companies and aircraft manufacturers, covered by the PART 145, FAR 145 and TCCA agreements. This MRO activity, carried out on the GENTILIN site in Toulouse, covers about a dozen different aeroplane parts (25 ratings overall) within which NEXTEAM manages a list of 450 references.
The group has a dedicated workshop in which the various operations – examination, dismantling and reassembly – are carried out. After the work is completed, the parts are delivered directly to the company or the aircraft manufacturer, with a certificate of authorisation for re-commissioning (EASA Form 1). NEXTEAM has invested in a new 1,000-m2 building which, from September onwards, will quintuple the floor area allocated to the burgeoning maintenance sector.
