Substitution of the silica sand traditionally used in sand casting by an artificial medium with the aim of drastically reducing consumption of raw materials and mold waste, and eliminating the HSE risks inherent in the light-alloy foundry process to improve working conditions for employees.<\/p>\n

ADDimafil<\/h4>\n

Development of a robotized Metal Additive Manufacturing solution for large parts, using a laser fusion process for wire deposition. This project will also enable us to combine materials, add functions to existing parts, and extend the life cycle of a part by repairing complex areas and expensive materials.<\/p>\n

LUCID<\/h4>\n

Development of a tool for automatic recognition of \u201ccharacteristic points\u201d on complex parts, with associated generation of machining routines thanks to new \u201cbig data\u201d technologies. This project enables NEXTEAM to offer very short response times to its customers’ calls for tender and to industrialize their products, particularly for complex, high-precision parts.<\/p>\n
